Alice Honey Ware graduated in the top 14% of the 1981 Class of Pacific McGeorge School of
Law.  She was sworn in as a member of the State Bar of California in Salzburg, Austria, while
completing her studies abroad, in 1982.  Her studies included an internship with a
Helsingborg, Sweden law firm and culminated with her receipt of her L.L.M. -- Taxation and
Transnational Practice, in 1982.

Ms. Ware began her legal career in Palm Springs, California where she practiced law in a
personal injury law firm and later expanded her practice to include Homeowner Association
litigation and business practice.  

In the late 1980's Ms. Ware and her husband Terry took leave from their respective
professions and worked aboard with various international Christian non-profit
organizations.  While overseas the Wares were sworn in as citizens of Australia, thus
becoming among the first Americans to hold dual citizenship as Australians.  Later, as
Australian representatives, they resided in Croatia (three years) and Spain (three years).  
During that time they traveled extensively across Europe, Eastern Europe and parts of the
previous USSR, teaching and training nationals life changing principles, assisting them to
establish new training centers and training national workers.

The Wares returned to the USA in 2001 at which time they re-established their respective
professional careers.  Alice Ware continued to serve the non-profit sector as the Executive
Director-Attorney for the Legal Center for the Elderly and Disabled, Sacramento.  During her
tenure with the Legal Center she successfully represented a number of clients who were
victims of elder financial abuse and  developed  estate planning services to low income clients
as a means of planning for incapacity.  She also served as a member of the Sacramento FAST
Team.

Upon leaving the Legal Center, Mrs. Ware established the Law Offices of Alice H Ware, and
continues to serve the public through her private practice.
